The Curtin Chemistry Club is hosting a lab tour thanks to the hospitality of our Building neighbours at ChemCentre! Join us on Wednesday April 29th for a tour of the ChemCentre's organic and inorganic environmental labs, and get a taste of what it's like to work as a chemist in the industry.
All attendees of the tour are required to wear enclosed shoes, as well as a pair of safety glasses. The tour will be led and supervised by generous volunteers from the lab, but they cannot allow you to enter the laboratories without the basic PPE!
We will meet at 10:45am in the Chemistry common room (Building 500 level 4, rooms 4105/4106) before the tour kicks off at 11:00am, to mark attendance of those who have registered and ensure proper PPE is being adhered to. If you register, please ensure you are not late, as those who are late will not be let in. Don't come along on an empty stomach, as there is no eating or drinking allowed in the lab!
There are only 20 spots available for registration on this tour, so get yours quickly. See you there!
